After finding square win contracting and meeting Brett I knew it was going to be a great fit. I didn't want to have to watch over and be around all the time to see the progress as I have tenants living in the home.

We chose Square Win to finish our basement because of three initial reasons. One, Brett was very personable and was open to suggestions. Two, their price was comparable to other quotes. And third, the quoting process was clearly defined and transparent. Once these guys got started it was a pretty smooth process. I work from home and I felt like part of the team as we built our relationship during this project. Breaking each phase of the build down, helped us anticipate when each step would be complete and a payment due. There was never any rush and the guys would make sure I was happy with the results before moving on to the next stage. If something came up that needed to be fixed or adjusted, they would get it done. Brett was excellent at communicating with me every step of the way. All great guys right down to the subcontractors. If we need another basement done in a new home they are our first call.
