"Our basement development was crucial to our ability to see a future in this home. We purchased the home as a downsize but now with grandchildren arriving in the near future, realized we needed more day-to-day living space. Brett was super easy to communicate with and constantly kept us in the loop with the scope of work to be completed each week.
