Gary and Melissa reached out because they moved to Spruce Grove to finally be closer to their grand kids and they wanted a basement for the whole family to enjoy.

This basement development is one of my favorites to date, but not for the reasons you might think. It is actually because of the terrible state the home builder left it in. I am proud of the transformation of the quality of this basement.

The foundational work we did to fix the home builder’s blunders was hard, and very rewarding, and look at the results. This family now has a safe, warm, strong, and beautiful basement. Good job team.
