When Laine and I first met, she explained that she was moving to Spruce Grove from Medicine Hat. She said she needed a room for her daughter to feel like she had her own space and an entertainment room for their Sunday family football time, but the home they purchased had a strange layout downstairs.

She was right, it was tricky figuring out where we could put a bedroom and a bathroom in the right corner of the basement to allow for a great family football space.

My design team and I got right to work figuring out the layout on our incredible program. Not only did her daughter get a bathroom and an awesome bedroom, she got a walk-in closet, a pencil desk for her art work, and a linen closet all complete with custom shelves. We also found a perfect spot for a wet bar, a fireplace, and a stunning feature wall for football time. They were blown away to say the least and we are very proud of the work done here.
